Engineering Degree Apprenticeships


Network75 are fully experienced in offering Work Based Learning programmes, providing students with a combined work study route to a degree since the year 2000.

Degree Apprenticeships offer companies an excellent opportunity to up skill existing employees to degree level or recruit and train new members of employees at a higher level. Degree Apprenticeships can also improve the competitiveness, growth, and development of local businesses.

Our offering

Available for 2019 start, we are able to offer the following Degree Apprenticeships.

BEng (Hons) Electrical and Electronic Engineering 2 days 5 years
BSc (Hons) Mechanical Engineering Day release 5 years*
BSc (Hons) Electrical and Electronic Engineering Day release 5 years*
BSc (Hons) Semiconductor Technologies Day release 5 years*

*Subject to candidates existing qualifications/experience and mapping to the framework Degree Apprentices may start part way through the course, for example a candidate with a relevant HND could gain entry on to year 4 or 5 of the apprenticeship (subject to mapping)

How do I benefit?

  2. Support from the university  - We will monitor attendance and academic progress.

  3. Funding  - Utilise government funding available for Degree Apprenticeships.

2020 and beyond..

  • We are currently exploring the possibility of developing a Degree Apprenticeship in Mechatronics. We are keen to develop this in partnership with employers and would be happy to hear from anyone interested in this type of programme. 
  • We will be also exploring the ability to offer other Degree Apprenticeships within our other existing subject areas.
