Companies

Network75 has links with a large network of companies across South Wales. Network75 is available to any company regardless of size, the only condition is that companies are able to provide a professional training and development program providing relevant experiences to trainees.

Network75 students can improve the competitiveness, growth, and development of local businesses by facilitating exchanges of information and fresh knowledge between industry and higher education.

The scheme offers companies a cost-effective means of accessing graduate employees. Companies can also recommend existing employees to participate in the scheme, choosing whether the employee remains employed or transfers to a bursary scheme.

"In our experience, the combined work and study route helps to create industry ready graduates who grow professionally within our company over a period of five years. Our involvement with the scheme has been invaluable in providing a straightforward, cost effective means of accessing high quality graduate employees".

Debbie Precious, Development & Training Manager, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure

"Network75 Trainees gain invaluable hands-on experience throughout their 5 years and become real assets to their host companies.  On completion, Philtronics have the opportunity to employ someone who knows our business inside out".

Anne Pritchard  (Finance Director at Philtronics)

Why Network75?

Network75 will provide companies with high quality, highly motivated students. These students are able to learn and grow within your company.

Network75 has an effective and established recruitment process. All applications are carefully filtered, and potential students are interviewed at the University to ensure high quality candidates are available to companies.

Companies will have the ability to build strong links with the University of South Wales.

The Network75 team works closely with companies to continually develop their Network75 student whilst ensuring that companies are up-to-date with academic progress.

Upon graduation trainee's have the qualifications, skills, experience and knowledge of a tailor made employee. All students graduating on the Network75 scheme to date have been offered full-time positions with their host companies.

Case Studies

Some of our current host companies have kindly contributed to our case study page to share their experience of the scheme.

In 2017 Network75 hosted a celebratory "100 Students Event" to recognise the special milestone of acquiring over 100 students on our unique scheme. Our students and their company mentors attended to celebrate!
